Bismillah,
I’ve been pondering over the hadiths concerning the prophecy the end and the time when the true Ulama “heirs of the Prophet” will be few. When the Salafis were at large, the traditional Muslims (Ahlus Sunnah) kind of banded together and blasted them, not that they (the salafis) are dying off, it seems like the traditional Muslims (Ahlus Sunnah) started blasting each other… It makes me wonder, can any of these groups within traditional Islam (Ahlus Sunnah) be the representation of true Islam of course each group will say me me me?????? Shaykh Hamza Yusuf’s Zaytuna is hated, Shaykh Nuh Keller is hated, the Deobandi are hated, Ba Alawi are hated, Habashi’s are hated, Nashabandi under shaykh nazim are hated, Aisha Bewley group is hated, even shaykh ninowi's group is hated the list goes on and on…. I just have not attend a circle except that someone had something negative to say about another group.... So could it be that none of them can be the right group, if so where does true Islam exist today??? And where are the true heirs of the Prophets??? How do we distinguish the right group from the false groups??? |

Bismillah, I think you are exaggerating a bit with all due respect most Sunni Muslims love respect and revere the above mentioned institutes (with the exception of the Ahbash & Nazim who are controversial) and individuals mentioned yes people might differ slightly with eachother but that doesn't mean they hate eachother and with they i mean mainstream Sunni Muslims not minority sects like Wahhabis or Shiites who basically hate everyone else who disagrees with them so called pseudo Salafis also known as Wahhabis they are the ones that are spreading fitnah and are hating all other Muslims.True Islam is embodied by the Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jamaah institutes such as al Azhar in Cairo and Deobandi in India have always stood up for Islam and have always propogated Islam in a traditional way. |

![]() Perhaps you are thinking too much and making it too complicated. What we need to do is. Pray Salah 5 times a day, fast during Ramadan, Calculate Zakat and disperse it accordingly every year, Perform Hajj if possible, Give Sadaqa without anyone knowing, Recite the Quran daily for a few mins atleast, Pray Tahajjud if possible, Zikr of Allah, Obey ones parents. Stay away from alcohol, Zina, murder, slandering etc. We will me more than busy trying to do what is mentioned above, then we won't have time to ponder about groupism etc etc. Relax bro. ![]() |

Asalaamualaikum, It Depends on who is hating them, nobody hates the Ba'Alawis , Only salafis hate shaykhHabib Ali Al Jifri, Most of the time , these people who are 'haters' are Saalafiyyah or People who Have Less knowledge, I am not saying All Saalaafis hate these great personalities but , the ones who seem to do the hating are salafis, People Hated Prophet Muhammad Sal Allahu alayhiwasalaaam, but they know he is haqq in their hearts, like wise people hat RasulAllah Sal Allahu Alayhi Wasalam nowadays but does that mean islaam is not the truth. The True Inheritors of the Prophet Sal Allahu alayhi Wasalam are the Ullama of Ahlusunnah Wal Jamma'ah, The Habaib are the blood related and scholarly heirs of the prophet Sal Allahu alayhi wasalam and so are the 40 Abdaal from Shaam, So Is Sayyidi Shaykh Muhammad Al Ya'qoubi, so Are many other groups, I have only mentioned a few who are from the Arab world. Their are Many More from gems of Islaam from the indo/pak subcontinent that I could not name them all, I am Half Pakistani and Half Indian My Self.
Let Us Also look at the Shaykh Hamza Yusuf claim, The People who hate him are the 'extreme' Salafis/Barelwiyys/Deobandis, I mean any group could even hate people from their own group, I am keeping this balanced , I am not leaning towards a particular group. Let us now , go back to the Ba'alawi/Habaib Claim. Let me narrate to you something. When The Arab world became Muslim, The people of Hadramawt , Yemen committed apostasy , So Sayyidina Imam Abu Bakr As Sadiq Radi Allahu Ta'la Anh went with his army to Hadramawt, Then The Muslims won this battle and only muslims were left in Hadramawt, Then Hazrat Imam Sayyidina Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Anh Said a Dua: Ya Allah , Pleae bless this pure land with scholars and people who are rightley guided, and now, Haramawt is a hub of scholars,. The More inportant thing is the 5 Pillars of Islam i.e Salah/Zakah, Do this InshAllah, As This is more important Now My Main Point is : Why Cant You Just be a Sunni, Follower of one of the Four madhabs and Ashari/Maturidi / Athari, Wallahu A'lam If I Offended anybody in this post or made a mistake please forgive me for I am ignorant and I am not a scholar. |

wa alaykum salam, ![]() Bro, then concentrate on more Sunnah Ibadah, take it to the next level ![]() There was a Tabi'een who was a very pious man. His profession was to make clothes. Whatever he gets from selling clothes he divides it into three. One for charity, one for family and one part to buy new raw materials to make clothes. He is very careful in doing his work, one time he was extra careful with his work and made the best cloth he has ever made with out most care. He was happy since the cloth of very good quality he hoped to get more money. He went to the market and the trader inspected his cloth. The trader looked carefully and found many flaws in the cloth and gave some money much lower than what the pious man expected. He started crying. The trader's heart softened and offered more money. Then the pious man said, " I m not crying because of the money, I ve done lots of Ibadah and i deem them to be perfect. I made this cloth with out most care and you were able to find flaws in it, So what will be my state when I stand in front of the ultimate Judge Allah the Almighty, with my Ibadah!" |
