What is A Madkhali?

Well, before I heard this word, everything was going good in my deen untill I heard the word neo salaf and madkhali. What is this which opinion is right?

Madkhalis are Salafis who agree with and follow Rabi' al-Madkhali. Even the other Salafis find them very disagreeable and quarrelsome.

major thing that sticks out is that they are very pro saudi government and very anti jihaad
