Muslims have never step back against Gujarat riots either, everyone has condemned it. The situation there is just like in pakistan. Mushraff demolishes the mosque and people couldn't do anything, similarly the government there has helped rioters and the normal people couldn't do anything.

I am not at all running away from the point... The point is clear. There are some mishandling of Muslims in Kashmir (a Muslim dominated state), mainly because of Pakistani terrorism there and the Pakistani leaders and terrorists use Kashmir to its full benefit. There are places where Muslims are less in number compared to Kashmir and has more trouble.. Why don't you bother about them ?
