Default Imamia Jantri???

some time ago a man borrowed my dad's car. He returned our car, leaving behind a magazine like book; IMAMIA JANTRI, which appears to be a shia book.

I was just curious as to what kind of shias have published this book.
Apart from it containing some Quranic verses, durood, virtues of certain deeds, and heavy praise of Hadrat Ali(ra), the book contains the star signs and for each star sign there are dedicated two very detailed pages. SHIRK
And blessings of number 9?? Where did that ever come from!
I also see weird shapes which look similar to Greek letters, displayed on shapes.
The cover is strange too ;small pictures of an animal head, fish, schorpion and other shapes around a circle, with the four elements fire, water, air and earth written in the circle.
I was just curious if anyone knew which shia group the book belongs to??
(not that knowing would help me in any way)

I really should get rid of the book...

Open the biggest Shia book of Hadith called "Bihar al-Anwar" and you will see the exact same magical garbage:
