Dear brothers and sisters on sunniforum,
The thread I began earlier 'Hijab Hijab Hijab' has been closed after just one day. In this short time I have also been called a Pervezi and words like 'apostasy' and 'kafir' have been used in some of the reply comments. Do you enjoy speaking like this? Does it give you some happiness that you can go home and tell your children about? What is a Pervezi? I live in South East Asia and we are not conversant with Pervezism. Please do not call names. It shows a defficiency in your persons. Where are the hijab verses from the Quran? Someone aid I am a lay person (meaning I am not a scholar) so I am not qualified to talk about "religion"? If that is the case then I assume the rest of the people here are scholars. Ok so where is at least one quotation from the Quran where the word HIJAAB is mentioned? Another person asked if I believed in the hadith. Another person suggested that I start a new thread to discuss hadith. Well I dont have much choice. Here goes. Do I believe in the hadith? Most certainly. As Muslims we have no choice. Here is why I say so. What I quote here comes directly from Nabi Ya Kareem the Rasool: Surah 39:23 'Allahu nazzala AHSANA AL HADITH kitaaban mutashaabihan mathaniya taqsha'iru minhu juloodul-lazeena yakhshawna rabbahum thumma ta'leenu julooduhum waquloobuhum ila zikri-llaahi thalika huda-llaahi yahdee bihi man yasha'u waman yudlil-lahu fama lahu min hadin which means "Allah has sent down the BEST HADITH; a book that is consistent, and points out both ways. The skins of those who reverence their Lord cringe therefrom, then their skins and their hearts soften up for GOD's message. Such is GOD's guidance; He bestows it upon whoever wills (to be guided). As for those sent astray by GOD, nothing can guide them." So to answer the question "Do I believe in the hadith?" the answer is definitely yes. I believe in the AHSANA HADITH or BEST HADITH that Allah sent down to us thru His Rasool, our Nabi Ya Kareem. This AHSANA HADITH or BEST HADITH is none other than the Quran. Dont believe me? Here is another verse from the AHSANA AL HADITH: Surah 45:6 Tilka - these ayaatu-llah - are the ayaat of Allah natlooha alayka - we recite upon you bil-haqqi - with the truth (haqq) fabi-ayyi hadeethin - thus in what other hadith ba'ada - after Allah - Allah wa ayaatihi - and his ayaat yu'minoona - DO they believe Here it is again : "These are Allah's ayaat that we recite to you truthfully. In which Hadith other than Allah and His AYAAT do they believe?" This question by Allah and the Rasool in Surah 45:6 is a 'negative' - meaning it is NOT to be answered positively. You are NOT supposed to reply, "Oh ok Allah, other than Quran I also believe in hadith of rasool, hadith of abi hurairah, hadith of bukhari' et al. That is not what is meant by Surah 45:6. Especially when it is read with Surah 39:23. And as I have said Imam Bukhari is NOT the writer of the Sahih Bukhari that we have with us today. Imam Shafii is not the wriyter of the Kitab Al Risala that we have today. Someone else wrote it (from among his students or inheritors) after his death. Tafseer Jalalayn is not the work of Jalaluddin Suyuti. It is doubtful if even Jalaludin Mahilli did complete the work. Kitab Al Muwatta is certainly NOT the work of Imam Malik. We dont even know who really wrote these books. And you want to place your life and future with these man made books of dubious authorship? Think carefully. We must only believe in the AHSANA AL HADITH which is none other than Quran. And we cannot believe in any hadith other than Allah and His ayaat - fabi-ayyi hadithin ba'ada-llaahi wa ayaatihi yu'minoon. Does anyone here wish NOT to belive in Surah 39:23 and Surah 45:6 that I have quoted above? Do you wish to reject these two verses of the Quran? Can you still be Muslims if you reject these two verses from the Quran? Think carefully before you answer. Brothers and sisters, you say that you get thawwab or blessings for listening to or reciting any Quran verses in Arabic with beautiful melody and tajweed. This must include Surah 45:6 and 39:23 I have quoted above. But when you look into the actual meaning of these two verses, you start to get a shock. You reject the meaning of these verses. So do you still get thawwab? Can we be muslims if we reject verses of the Quran? Please brothers and sisters do not make light of the Quran. Please do not reject the verses of the Quran that I have shown you here. If you reject the Quran you also reject the Rasool. You reject Islam. And do not say 'Closed Thread' to shut me up. There are so many, many of you on this forum. I am just one person. You speak great stories about the Battle of Badar where a smaller force of Muslims defeated a larger force of the enemy. But here I am just one person spaking to so many of you. Dont shut me up. Please engage in discussion without fear. If Truth is on our side, surely we will prevail. Of course I believe in the hadith, I believe only in the best hadith or AHSANA AL HADITH which was revealed by Allah toour Nabi Ya Kareem Rasool. This is the Quran. It is a complete guide for mankind's life here on earth. There are aboslutely no abrogations of the AHSANA AL HADEETH. It is a complete book, fully detailed to meet all our needs. Salamun. |
