Coconut contains water inside it that is as healthy and nutritional as the coconut itself is. Coconut quickly reduces weight by increasing metabolism and by providing instant energy with less amount of calories. Coconut saves from colon, breast, and liver cancer. It has fiber almost equal to pysillium Husk but fiber of coconut is not digestible so it does not provide calories.

I have started drinking almond/coconut milk every day. I read that almonds help with cholesterol and coconut milk with general health issues. I am lactose intolerant so this is a good replacement for me. Tried Silk and had many issues with mucus.
