Default What am i doing wrong?
hi there please can someone tell me wher eim going wrong, been doing this for a week now and only lost quater of a pound. i exercise for an hour and 20 minutes at the gym 3 times a week and drink between 1.5 and 2 litres of water a day. Menu is
Brekfast: 2 eggs, 30g chedder, oil and a handfull of mixed veg (courgette tomato mushroom), one coffee with a teaspoon of double cream.
Snack: 6 macademia nuts
Lunch: 3 lettuce leaves with full fat cream cheese and 3 slices of turkey
Snack: 2 cubes of cheese (chedder)
Tea: Mincemeat with a little mashed coliflower with melted stilton (approx 40grams) or 2 chicken theighs with skin
Snac: 2 table spoons of sugar free jelly with a tablespoon of double cream

Also, i have about 3 tablespoons of full fat milk in the day, but i still only add all this up to 20 g's of carbs

Where am i going wrong!

Well for starters Nuts aren't aloud on Induction. And maybe its the cheese.

i thought you could eat unlimited amounts of cheese though? its onlu 0.1 g per 100 g

Hey Suse, you shouldn't have more than 3-4oz of cheese per day, this is around 70-100grams. Also nuts aren't on induction.

Also, milk's not on induction. 3 tablespoons of heavy (whipping cream) is an option but no milk. Sorry.

Minimum water per day is 1.95 liters. I'd say on the 2 liter days you are hitting the minimum, otherwise boost water.
