I go by one very simple rule...
Eat when hungry. Period. Forget the clock... go by your hunger. If you start feeling lethargic or cranky, but not belly rumbling tummy hungry, consider that hunger, too, and have your next meal or a snack. Hunger on a low carb diet feels very different from hunger precipitated by a high carb diet. Pay attention to your body and you'll learn the new signals. Tril |

It's necessary to eat all that your body requires. What happens if you go too long? You crash. You get way too hungry. You get irritable, weak, lethargic, snacky, etc. You don't have to eat a LOT... just a cube of cheese, a bit of chicken, a boiled egg. All of those are good snack choices. At a pickling cuke or some green pepper strips. Eating too little can slow your weight loss, too. Eating too little fat will slow weight loss. Drinking too little water will slow your weight loss.
This is an EATING plan... not a dieting plan. You can, and SHOULD, eat and eat well. |
