I have started low carbing last week and did great but am so constipated, I read the other poston constipation and am trying some different things. I have been using chi seeds, I take a probiotic. Should I start with some Metamucil or something? I think I'm getting enough oil, I have 2 fried eggs in the morning and salad dressing is oil and vinegar. Just not sure what to try next.
Also one more question, I goofed up and had a big candy/carb mess up for two days and boy did I feel like crap, bloated, tired, just yucky. Is this normal because if it is I don't want to mess up again. Thanks for any help, I look forward to jumping in on some of the posts. Michelle |
