I just looked at my bottle of liquid stevia and noticed it expired this past month. I bought it a long time ago - didn't like it. I like xylitol so much better, but in staying on protocol, I've just eliminated all of it. This morning I decided to try some hot tea - something else I bought a long time ago and decided I didn't like. Now that my choices are so limited - I've decided these things aren't so bad! My raspberry tea with stevia was not bad and I love having something hot in the morning.
So - should I toss the almost full bottle of stevia or do you think it's ok to keep using it? |
