I want to mix my B12 in with my HCG (RX, powder, sq injections).
I have B12 that is 1000 MCG (30ML) with instructions to inject 1-2x week IM, 1ML(1cc). I DO NOT want to do this IM, I want to do it SQ, either alone or with my HCG. Do I do the same amount (1cc/ml) or because its subq do i need to up it/lower it? If I mix it with my HCG obviously I'll be taking it every day so what woudl the mixture portions be? I have 5000iu HCG (powder form) and the bac water. My instructions with the kit say mix in ml of bact water and my dosage, based on my current round (which I have started a planned interuption, off injections, will resume with fresh mix when vacation over) was 135 iu. I am going to start with that dosage but have had to adjust (down) a few times this 1st round...as I lost I seemed to need less. |

you can do that if you want to, but you have to figure out how many days your mixture is going to last you. for example- if you're going to use a vial of 5000 for half of a long round (20 days), that's roughly 3 weeks so you could take between 3 and 6 cc's of b-12 (total) during that time. pick what you want and substitute the b-12 for that much water.
