can i use soya flour?
 

hi , i found an old atkins book the other day and was comparing it to the new one, the older one says i can use soya flour but the new one does not mention it, which makes me think that its not ok after all. there is a lovely recipe for courgette nut bread, if soya flour is not allowed is there a substitute i could use? and is it ok on induction?
