Hi, i started hcg activator pills 10 days ago. i am in P2, so far i have lost 8lbs. while i was following diet protcol as recommended i was v tired and felt extreme weakness and couldnt eat meat/eggs anymore ..... thus instead of quitting all together i thought to try something else... i was used to having slimfast shake one per day..and specialk k cereal and enjoy them lot.... so,in second week of P2 i switched my diet plan a bit to see what happens ... i was bit scared to try and still am but so far its going well somehow....instead of switching to cereal twice a day...i decided to have lentils once in a day.
now i take lentil boiled one cup in lunch with orange and for dinner i take glass of skimmed milk with apple...am aware am not suppose to eat that in this protocol.... but if its working for me...can i carry on with this plan... its been my 4th day so far and am losing 1 pound daily since switched to lentil with lil shredded chicken in it for flavour. i feel to have more energy and able to continue at ease now.... other option i was thinking for slimfast shakes that i got in my cupboard and 1/2 cup of specialk cereal with skim milk..... i cant afford to buy anythingesle at this time...since i already spent on slimfast/cereals this month.... would appreciate any advice/suggestions. thanks |
