when in doubt!
I'm tryimg to do a combination of south beach and atkins. i'm trying to not eat so much saturated fat. anyway my question is, when in doubt, should i go with high fat even though it's saturated or should i go with low fat even though it is a bit higher in carbs? what will make me lose wieght more?
