I got some kind of stomache bug the past few days. I missed my run yesterday. Hopefully, I can still make 15 miles this week.

That's great. http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...icon_smile.gif

My brother has finally decided to start a cardio program.. the little bugger can already jog almost the entire way.. and beats my best time by a whopping 10 minutes. lol I'm so proud of him though.

I don't really know how far I go.. I take a best guess. Along my route I do a 1km Bike track in exactly 10 minutes(at least lately). And that is mid coarse... and I'm out now for about 45 minutes on weekdays and I add distance on weekends staying out for about 60 minutes. I figure 15 minutes a mile is close enough. :P http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...icon_smile.gif

Jonathan, as long as you're getting your heartrate up, you're getting as much benefit walking as you would running. 45-60 minutes is great http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...icon_smile.gif

I still feel it, but it doesn't seem to be getting worse with the running, and it doesn't hurt while I'm running. I've been leary of strength training because that's when I feel it the most.
