Monday
3 miles 34:12 (11:24/mile) 11.31/11.31/11.05 63F I got new shoes http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...icon_smile.gif They feel pretty good. Shoes are supposed to last between 300-500 miles. The last ones went 425.5, which is the most I ever got out of a pair of running shoes. I guess I finally found the right ones for me http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...icon_smile.gif |
Thursday
3 miles 33:37 (11:12/mile) 11.37/11.07/10.50 70F and very humid http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...n_confused.gif I was surprised that the last mile broke 11-min as I wasn't really trying and was dying in the heat. |
Thats great! I just started trying to jog faster when im on that part of the couch to 5k program i like the challenge of it, keeps me from getting bored, I hope to be running like you before next winter!

Saturday
3 miles 31:43 (10:34/mile) 10.45/10.37/10.17 70F I missed a run on Wednesday, so I had to drag my butt out on a Saturday morning http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...n_confused.gif Many times I have the best run on days where I debate even getting up. I actually broke 11-min on all 3 miles, so I'm feeling optimistic. Week totals: 15.0 miles Time: 2h 46m 01s Avg. Pace: 11:04/mile |
