Hi all!! I'm a newby to Adkins, but not to the low-carb concept. I'm still in induction, but have been doing 30-60 minutes of elliptical a day, seven days a week. I plan to add two days of yoga, beginning next week. Any recommendations as to how many days of weight training-----two or three is sufficient?? Also, I've been hearing a lot about "turbo charging" Adkins by staying in the induction phase for an extended period. Any input is greatly appreciated, and good luck to all!!!! :P
