Default ChubRock's Workout log
Thought I would start one of these...you can find a good description of my work-out by searching for 0 equipment work-out in the Fitness thread...I work-out Mon, Wed,Fri..and sometimes I sneak a few pull-ups, push-ups in on my off days if I can find the time....

Push-ups(tricep) 32
Push-ups(wide-angle)32
half Sit-up 35
hand-to-toe 30
crunches 60
side Sit-up 30 (each side)
flutter kick 20
leg raise 20
cutting edge flutter kick 20
hanging knee-up 5
