All right, time to get back into the routine
![]() Sunday 5 miles of intervals on treadmill. Alternated .25 miles at 4-mph (brisk walk) and .25 of running. The running intervals were alternating between 6.5 and 7.5 mph. Monday rest Tuesday 3-mile run - first run outside in weeks! Wednesday Firm: BodySculpt (45-min) Boy, did I feel weak! Thursday Felt a little sore, so decided not to run. Got up early anyway and decided to color my hair. Then, I got ambitious and decided to get on the treadmill while I waited for the color.
