Physical Therapy
10 minutes of leg presses - sort of like squats on this machine that only use your own body weight for resistance. 10 minutes on the recumbant bike. 8 minutes stair-climber. heat ultrasound massage - ice ![]() regular massage All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience, but very time consuming. It will be tough to fit in 2-3 sessions per week between work, baseball and dance. |
