Thanks guys. I'm not sure if cycling aggravates it or not (I only rode one day). I'm hoping to ride more while I rest the running.

Tuesday

Firm: BodySculpt (45-min). I have to leave early, so I don't have enough time for the ab workout (so why am I on the internet ??)

Well, I went to the doc. He said I need a few weeks of physical therapy. Until I go, I should not do any workouts. That's all I need - permission to sleep later

Physical Therapy

10 minutes of leg presses - sort of like squats on this machine that only use your own body weight for resistance.

10 minutes on the recumbant bike.

8 minutes stair-climber.

heat
ultrasound massage - ice
regular massage

All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience, but very time consuming. It will be tough to fit in 2-3 sessions per week between work, baseball and dance.

I have had physical therapy for 2 different injuries. It REALLY helped both times, and was interesting and enjoyable. I know it is a drag to put your fitness on hold, but hopefully you'll get rid of the injury once and for all! Good luck.
