I also dropped in the bust from 46 to 39" and seem to have dropped some. When I was younger I used to do an isometric exercisethat helped. With arms in front of you put the heels of your hand together(fingers of one hand towards you the other hand away from you). Push the hands together you should see your bust move up and forward a bit. Do this 20 times morning and evening. I've just started this again. I'm older now so it may not work but it did seem to before.

as you probably know breast tissue is comprised mostly of fat and milk glands...but by working the underlying muscles you can make them look 'perkier'...it generally depends on your cup size and the amount of volume you've lost...age is also a factor in determining the elastisity of your skin...as we get older we loose the underlying collegen which acts as glue...fact of life #101-as we age we don't 'spring back' into shape like we did when we were younger
