Increased my underhand pull-ups to 9...it was so nice yesterday went romping around in Glenn Helen Park(Ohio) yesterday
4 mile hike yesterday
2 miles

Pull-ups(overhand) 9
Pull-ups (underhand)9
Dips 4 sets of 11
Push-ups 50
Push-ups(tricep) 32

half Sit-up 35
hand-to-toe 30
crunches 60
side Sit-up 30 (each side)
flutter kick 20
leg raise 20
cutting edge flutter kick 20
hanging knee up 5
