I got new shoes

They feel pretty good. Shoes are supposed to last between 300-500 miles. The last ones went 425.5, which is the most I ever got out of a pair of running shoes. I guess I finally found the right ones for me

Thats great! I just started trying to jog faster when im on that part of the couch to 5k program i like the challenge of it, keeps me from getting bored, I hope to be running like you before next winter!

I missed a run on Wednesday, so I had to drag my butt out on a Saturday morning

Many times I have the best run on days where I debate even getting up. I actually broke 11-min on all 3 miles, so I'm feeling optimistic.
