I know I should, but I haven't. I don't think I really damaged anything because there's no swelling or extreme pain. I think it just needs time.
My life is so hectic that I just don't have the time. I keep having to take unexpected time off from work because of the kids either being sick or having special school activities, teacher conferences, etc. My son (altho he's healthy), has had all sorts of medical issues. He has teeth problems, so has needed to see an orthodontist and oral surgeon (and needs to go to each again). He has hearing problems, and after repeated doctor visits and specialist visits, now needs to have tubes in his ears and his adenoids out. The baby has asthma, so has her own specialist visits, and my middle one has speech problems. She has just been put in a special ed class for speech, which required more meetings, etc. I've been walking around with a mammogram prescription in my purse for months, and I should make that appointment before this one. So, altho, all these things are minor, they put my poor leg at the bottom of the priority pool. |
