Default Patty's log week of 2/22
This is week 8 of the schedule. I'm not sure how much I'll get done with the injury. Aside from Sunday's 10-miler, it's one of the "break" weeks. Next Sunday's long run is only 8. After that, the really tough long-runs start.

Sun: 10-miles
Mon: Strength (opt)
Tue: 4-miles
Wed: 4-miles
Thu: Strength
Fri: 4-miles :wink:
Sat: Strength (opt)

Total: 22-miles

Sunday

Well, I took a bag of garbage out to the dumpster in my driveway this morning. I was cold, so I tried to run back, but was in too much pain I haven't needed any pain killers lately, but I still can't run. Had to skip the big one.

I ran 4 on the treadmill. Now my leg is hurting It was feeling much better. I'm not sure what to do.

sorry to hear ur legs still sore.. dunno what to recommend being new to it.. on Cool running there is injury advice too, maybe that will help but I expect you already know what to do just need time..
