Well, I took a bag of garbage out to the dumpster in my driveway this morning. I was cold, so I tried to run back, but was in too much pain http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif I haven't needed any pain killers lately, but I still can't run. Had to skip the big one.

This is week 8 of the schedule. I'm not sure how much I'll get done with the injury. Aside from Sunday's 10-miler, it's one of the "break" weeks. Next Sunday's long run is only 8. After that, the really tough long-runs start.
