In the past week I've noticed that I am finishing my current walking course in faster time that I was. When I started this distance level I was taking one hour twenty minutes. I am now doing it in an hour. Since I want to do more than an hour a day, I am going to soon increase the distance again, one more lap at first. That's progress that I only realized within the past week.
So get into exercise and just keep doing it. You will pass those little milestones with increasing frequency. It feels good. Good Luck! ![]() |
