Default Upper arms
So many women have lost a lot of weight here I thought we might gather
our experience with exercises to address the bat wing problem.

I do do 2 exercises for that region. First an isometric putting the heels of my palms together and pushing and second (after my pilates) arm circles with my elbows bent.

I've looked at the WEB and seen exercises with weights discussed but have no experience with these. Help please.
