Hello
I have always followed the principle that the best time to do any aerobic exercise, is first thing in the morning. On an empty stomach, this i believed ensured max fat burning. My question is : Now that iam folling the Atkins way, would the same principle apply ? Would i better off having breakfast, waiting an hr or so, and then training ? Which principle should i adopt to ensure max fat burning when following the Atkins way ?. Thankyou Matt ![]() |
