This is the year I run a marathon. I've been wanting to run one before I turn 40, which is coming up in November.

My fitness goals for the year.
1. Be able to run/jog a mile in 12 min 2. Be able to bench press at least 250 lbs. 3. Work up to at least an hour of cardio a day at least 5 days a week. 4. Possibly get into Krav-Maga |
Fitness goals:
1. Be able to run 10k by july 2. Start training to box in the tough man/woman contest next Feb. 3. Have a fully toned 140lb body by Christmas |

I want to: * Work my way up to 2 hours in the morning of swimming training by December *Start to Learn Karate by July *Join water polo by September *Join Volley Ball before the year is out |
