I just tried the C25K..I don't remember the last time I ever ran or jogged. My lungs are on fire and I think my heart is gonna jump out of my throat. LOL. Other than that it felt really good to get up and move. I think I'm gonna try to stick with it. I only went a mile in the 20 min but I'll go for endurance now and speed will come later. But yeah i'm so happy. I stuck with it for the entire 20 min. I'm gonna try to make sure i keep it up 3 or 4 times a week. I don't wanna start out with two much. I've been a total potato for way too long to try run a marathon anytime soon. I'll post again another time to let y'all know how I'm doin.
