Hey all,
Are running and Tae-bo considered cardio? Is it all right to do both everyday? I really like running because I can go outside and do it, and so far (the last 3 days) I am kinda craving the run... in the evenings. I am not having cramps or anything and my muscles aren't sore...of course I am not running the whole time, I am back on week one of the couch to 5k program. Actually it's more like a pre-stage 1 as I can't run the full 20 minutes alternating |
