I use a machine like this at my gym:
http://www.precor.com/cpr_efx_546.php Is anyone else here familiar with these? I'm wondering what resistance others do. I usually am between 10-12. I've never been above 12. I'm wondering if most people go quite a bit higher or lower or are in that same range. I'm mostly just curious, but if I'm really low relative to most people I might work on bumping it up. |
