I've gone to many military gym's and they all seem to have people like you described. All out to prove that they are so very big and bad... you'd think they were in prison or something. |

* Always wipe off your equipment after you are done
*No passing gas, even silently, on the gym floor. Please just pause your workout and go to the bathroom. *Always strip the weights off and put them back on their proper racks *Never walk in front of someone doing squats and using the mirror to check their form *Please don't carry on long conversations while sitting on gym equipment. Others may be waiting. *It is advisable not to sing along to the song on your CD player. The other people around you may not appreciate your unique talents. *No giving unsolicited advice. *Men and spandex. Ummm, no. I'm not that progressive. *No screaming and in general making a lot of racket while trying to lift. YOU may think you are psyching yourself up, you monster, but studies have shown this makes no difference, and you are just annoying the rest of us who have enough sense to keep all the psychological stuff in our heads where it belongs. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
