I'm actually up to 60-70 carbs per day (25-35 net), and my sticks are measuring small-moderate levels. Previously, I only measured trace. I guess my body is adjusting. I'd like to up them to 90-100. I think I can stay under 100 fairly easily. I'm doing it slowly tho.
I've also been exercising more - making sure I get in strength days on my non-running days. I started training for a marathon, so I will be running much more in the next couple of months. |
