Good for you I've been doing a regular exrcise program for ten days now. It sounds a bit of a cliche but I'm amazed how just half an hour or so a day can make you feel. I believe the key is regular exercise rather than going at it. I have to do low impact stuff with no heavy weights because of my heart but gentle reps of lifting and stretching seem to work well. Well I have been laxed these past couple of days due to the holiday, but now I'm back into gear. After I get home this morning I'm going to do some situps and pushups. Maybe I will go for a walk too if I get the time. I know I will deffinetely take a sauna. Did I ever tell you that when I bought my house it had a sauna in it. The funny thing was is that I didn't relize it til after a week we were moved in. I called my realitor and asked what the room was off of the bathroom in the basement. She said, Oh didn't I tell/show you the sauna. LOL NO! I guess I got a Bonus when I bought the house! I use it alot. Love it! Oh well, got to go. Take care! 8)
