On other forums, I've found that check-ins are very motivational. We'd simply log our exercise for that day/week etc. It's not a competition or anything like that. We'd just create a new thread each week. Just write what you did that day:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() walk at lunch weights at gym yoga class video at home etc. Is anyone game? I like to see what everyone is doing. |
