Doesn't it feel so great after you get into the distance just a little ways? Something takes over that makes you want to do more and keep going. I always experience a bit of pain at first and even get a little clammy and weak; but after about fifteen minutes I don't even think about it. Keep it up. Its the most effective part of the diet.

Just updating exercise log :)
I am up to 3 and 1/2 miles 6 days a week, and pialtes for abs, buns thighs every other day. Im loving it!
