That's a great idea stevekc!! We have to keep in mind that as we get stronger and leaner, our fitness routine needs to be longer and/or harder. I will definitely keep your idea in mind after I lose my first 10. |
That sounds like a great plan. Good idea. It seems to me that we each need to develop a plan that brings us up to a level of exercise that we can sustain and become accustomed to. As we lose weight, we expend fewer calories per minute of exercise. I guess there is a level that balances with our metabolism to keep us fit and burn off enough calories to help us maintain a goal weight. Thanks for the excellent idea!
Good Luck! http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...icon_smile.gif |

First Week Update...........
First week I walked or jogged 2 miles per day and 4 miles per day on my day's off.I am already feeling better too.Im going to try and increase it 1/2 mile per day for every 10 pounds that I lose.So this week it will be 2 1/2 miles per day.Good Luck to you all!

That's really great. They say, at least with running, that you shouldn't increase more than 10% of your mileage per week. That probably has to do with impact on your feet. Since you're walking, too, you can probably do more.
Good luck! |
