Default Its just to COLD!!
I plan on starting my new workout routine tomorrow. The only time I can fit it into my schedule is about 6am. I don't have any problem waking up but its sooo cold in the morning (we're actually expecting sleet today... yuck!) that I just want to turn off my alarm snuggle under my heavy blankets.
Did anyone else have this problem? and how did you beat it?
