upped exercise again
hi, read posts that i should do an hour of exercise a day, so im gonna try to do so. I'm up to 3 miles on treadmill and every other day pilates for abs. Just posting this so i keep up with my exercise hehe http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...on_redface.gif

I've been on other sites where we post daily "check-in" threads to post our exercise. It's really motivating. Perhaps we can start one here?
