Progress
In the past week I've noticed that I am finishing my current walking course in faster time that I was. When I started this distance level I was taking one hour twenty minutes. I am now doing it in an hour. Since I want to do more than an hour a day, I am going to soon increase the distance again, one more lap at first. That's progress that I only realized within the past week.

Congratulation Teuthis,You have inspired me and others beyond what you probably think you have.I am going to increase my walking next week too as it is now getting easier for me also.Thanks for the motivation.
