You look in your photo like you have an excellent physique and basic muscle tone. If you get back into the habit of daily exercise, that will virtually assure your long term success in weight control.
Just started Atkins today and i used to work out alot but i just gradually quit going to the gym.Today i had a good 1 hour workout with weights and then i walked 2 miles.i'm sure iw ill be sore but it will be worth it in the end.Good luck to all
