I always wondered about those treadmills and other machines at the gym that said I should be doing so much less of my target heart rate to reach maximum fat burning. I would have to walk.. and walk slowly to get it to be that LOW!
Anyways.. I think even if it were true.. it wouldn't be for low carb dieters.. since we don't have many carb's to burn in the first place, we'd be shifting to burning fat almost immediately. |
