My "routine" currently consists of walking/jogging every other day 2 miles.
I realistically can only get to the gym 2 days a week with my current schedule. If I utilize a weight routine, 1 day for "arms/upper body" and 1 day for "legs/lower body"... do you think this is enough effort to see an improvement in muscle tone with only working each muscle group once a week? (I am currently doing nothing... but I am wondering if only once a week will even make a difference.) Thanks, Caissa (Evrrdy, Teuthis, and Monique, reading your posts have all motivated me to start going to the gym... Thanks! ![]() |
