Well seeing the most exercise I tend to get these days is walking the dog and lifting pint glasses which I'm quite happy with, I don't really care. However this does seem a good idea seeing the amount of threads about this appearing in General chat lately.

Default We need a Health and Fitness forum!
to help everyone keep up their motivation and new years resolutions
I think having a strong support system helps a lot..I've been doing this for a year come this May, and it helps immensely to be surrounded by like minded people. We can pump each other up

wrong. lol

Its just a forum that has a "Parent" forum. SO for instance, this one (if made ok) would probably be under relationships or sports.

I just don't think its necessary. We see quite a bit of fitness and health posts now, but I doubt that would continue go on year round. So, naturally, the forum would eventually die out.

I think we could get how-tos on proper workouts and diets for health from several of our members. Like intruderLS1, bacon and White2000GT who are in teh military and know what the military does to get you into shape.

I like the idea and I think we could expand it with information and whatnot.
