Alright, ladies and gentlemen...it's time to try to whip those bodies into shape for beach season!!! Come join us in the monthly exercise challenge. Whether you're a fitness buff or just looking to shed a few extra pounds, you're welcome here!!! Your goal can be anything from working out a few times a week, working out a certain number of times or amount of time, or completing a certain amount of exercises (300 pushups, etc).
If you will just post your new workouts in subsequent posts, I will merge them for you. Please do not quote your original post as it only makes more work for me. Thanks!!! My goal for this month is going to be 2000 minutes plus 500 crunches using my Perfect Sit-up. Goal: 2000 minutes + 500 crunches using my Perfect Sit-up Total so far: 1305 minutes + 50 crunches using my Perfect Sit-up 1 - Sick (or maybe lazy and using sick as an excuse, LOL). 2 - Sick. 3 - Sick. 4 - Sick. 5 - 50 minutes DanceFit Class 6 - 70 minutes at the gym 7 - 90 minutes on the exercise ball 8 - 90 minutes putting together outdoor fireplace 9 - 90 minute hike 10 - 90 minutes at the gym 11 - Sick. 12 - Sick. 13 - 50 crunches using Perfect Sit-up 14 - Lazy. 15 - Lazy. 16 - Lazy. 17 - 125 minutes cleaning up 18 - Lazy. 19 - 50 minutes DanceFit Class 20 - 80 minutes at the gym 21 - 80 minutes at the gym 22 - 90 minutes playing pool 23 - 80 minutes hiking the Indian Mounds 24 - Fuck exercise, it's my birthday!!! 25 - 70 minutes at the gym 26 - Rest Day. 27 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class 28 - 60 minutes on the exercise ball 29 - 130 minutes on the exercise ball 30 - |

I don't really focus on the minutes but how hard I work out since I don't have a whole lot of time.
My routine is 20 or 40 minutes circuit training followed by 20 minutes on my treadmill. I work out 6-7 days a week I try not to miss a day. I really need to work my diet though, I am a sucker for carbs. |
