Oh yah, and try to find a pool that " ozonates " their water.. You won't smell like Chlorine as much and your skin and eye will love you a lot more.. That's what our community pool does..
Salt water pool is the way to go, IMO

Funny.. I started swimming again a few years ago when I put my son in classes.. If you used to swim, give it a bit of time and you will be back on track.. I need to start back up again and this fall my son restarts new lessons.. He had been off for 6 months..

Oddly enough we had not been biking and restarted this weekend.. Man my legs were sore as both of us did 10 km ( 5 km ) round trip to my brothers. But man that little guy of mine sure can ride that bike of his..

The funny thing is that I rarely ever swim despite living by a lake for over 20 years.

If I had a pool I would be in it every single day. I absolutely love the water. People always say "you'd get tired of it"...but when I lived in an apartment complex w/ a pool I literally went swimming at least once, sometimes 3 times a day.

I love swimming. Went for the first time in 12 years a couple months ago, and I've weekly going weekly since. My freestyle skills are lacking, and I don't want to get my hair fried with chlorine so I doggy paddle.

Default Any Swimmers?
I have always run and biked, but the years of pounding have taken a toll on my knees, probably need surgery on one of them....
My doc suggests i take up swimming as as an alternative, anyone else swim regularly, i went to the pool today first time in years, i think i need lessons
