Went to the ER tonight to make sure it wasn't anything serious. They ruled out further clotting but they want me to schedule an appointment with my reg doctors office.

I'm starting to wonder if this throat thing is an allergic reaction to something... It came on full force after I got out of Maine Dartmouth and dissipated this evening to a minimal discomfort....

I'm thinking I should see a doctor or something, I'm not about to become a hypochondriac and alka seltzer doesn't work. I feel like I want to burp and even when I do it doesn't alleviate it but for maybe a short time.
I agree, the best thing you can do is to go see a doctor, they will know what it is.

I have a barium swallow today ALTHOUGH, all discomfort has mysteriously passed... A DAY before the appointment so I'm getting this done as a precautionary measure I guess. Bleh

I feel bad for making judgements before I know exactly whats going on, but, I do know that so much alcohol can cause things similar to these. I just hope that he gets to doctor and finds out whats going on.

Don't be surprised if they want to do cardiac tests. You may have a blockage in your bowels creating the problem.
I have no issues going number 2...

the pocket of air
I would message that out and definitely go to the doctor
try thumping your chest right above your sternum with your soft side of your fist
repeatedly there may be some fluid or air in an organ that is stuck
I have had some feel of that nature before but it has never stayed I always do something
to make it pass

Why should I be mad at End Of All Times or react like a dickhead? I'm fully aware I drank too much. I'm not a child who doesn't own up to their faults.

With the invention of the internet and Google, there is no need to go see a doctor. Just diagnose it yourself and you'll be fine.

It could be your gallbladder. Do you have any problems with heartburn? Alcohol can most def. aggravate your gallbladder, if you already have issues with it.
