I know there are some older conversations about this, but wanted some current opinions. A lot of people recommended Jay Robb's and others liked Jillian Michales (but hers have sugar). Any others?
What is a good protein or meal replacement shake that works with the HCG diet? I am on round two and would like something to sub for a protein. Suggestions please! |
